We are implementing process control audits

We are initiating Layered Process Audits . Audits, that are carried out daily by supervisors or lead people, visited bi-weekly by managers, and completed reports and corrective actions carried out within the week. This program will help us bolster discipline throughout the organization and in turn improve processes in the shop and our metrics with customers.

Late Delivery may cause lines to shut down and product delays. On time delivery must be controlled.

WE HAVE PURCHASED KEYENCE- INSTANT MEASUREMENT SYSTEM FOR OUR QUALITY LAB. THIS IS A GREAT OPTICAL MACHINE, WHICH WILL AUTOMATE OUR FINAL INSPECTIONS AND FIRST PIECE INSPECTIONS. THE MACHINE IS CAPABLE OF CREATING DATA REPORTS AND TRANSFERRING THEM ONTO OUR NETWORK DRIVE.
